I'm considering selling everything by myself. Why should I use Consignment Marketplace?

Since the amount of money you make is based upon the final sale price of your item, it makes sense to use a professional listing service to help find more value for the item. We do everything for you. Professionally photograph your items, research their values, write detailed descriptions, post online auctions, and take care of customer questions, payment and shipping. And, Consignment Market Place provides all the benefits of selling online without any risk to your identity. All contact is with and through Consignment Market Place. No information is ever shared with eBay or any buyer.

Is there any way to follow my eBay auction?

Yes, we'll email a link to you so that you can track your item online.

How long will my item list on eBay?

Consignment Marketplace uses a seven day auction, on average, so that we maximize exposure. But we can also list your item for a shorter period if need be.

If my item doesn't sell, what happens?

You will be notified by email if your listing does not sell. At that point you can pick your item up at Consignment Marketplace. This must be done within 10 days of the email notification. If you do not want the item, we can also donate it to charity.

Is there any way to set a minimum price on my listing?

Yes. You select the minimum starting bid in either the Silver or Gold Auction. Please note that items with a reserve or minimum bid can limit bidding activity.

My item sold!!! When do I receive my check?

Congratulations! Your item was sold to the highest bidder. Typically, your check will be mailed within 14 business days of the day we receive notification that the item was paid for in full and has been shipped and accepted by the buyer.
